RTL has no homepage, as such. You could check Deja.com at:
http://www.deja.com/
...but last time I tried, finding a specific newsgroup such as rec.toys.lego
there is about a simple as replacing the clutch plates on a '91 Escort, and
less enjoyable. Plus, something in the pages of Deja.com crashes my Netscape
4.7 browser pretty reliably.
Perhaps you are thinking of Brick News, a LEGO news service run by Jason
Spangler:

He pulls news morsels from LUGNET as well as RTL, among other sources.
