Apparently so.

It *seems* like a good idea, it *seems* like it might work. Because all
rights are property rights and all that...
Okay, so I accidentally kill my neighbour.
Darn it, I say. I must make recompense for the killing. Do I look under his
shoe for his price tag?

IIRC it is through the interaction of supply and demand that prices for
goods and services are determined. Which works very nicely for goods and
services, but...
Adultery is wrong.
Adultery is therefore a violation of a property right.
Adultery therefore has a dollar value.
Where's the 'market' for adultery?
What if I commit adultery with someone who doesn't normally charge for it?
Where's the price tag? Do I have to offer to commit adultery with multiple
partners (or against multiple partners?) to determine the value?
Cheers
