Exactly this is what I am. I collect sets. I try to get as many complete
sets as I can get. But! I use the bricks of my (complete) sets and build
my own creations. There ain't any models complete assambled in my
showcase. Even my Guarded Inn is dispersed about my several boxes with
bricks.
You could say I collect the knowledge of having my sets completed. But
as I said: The bricks are for building.
Just my 2 cents....

| I think LEGOs differ greatly from other items that people collect because it is a toy, a tool and an art medium.
