My experience has been positive. There have been times when pieces were missing or damaged from a set including sticker sheets that were folded, bent and unable to be applied and customer service has always sent the missing pieces. (...) It's hard to tell from that picture, but pause the video and you'll see the balls run up at a 6-stud spacing. That means the peaks of the wave are six studs apart.
