(...) In these two particular cases, I found what the problem was. Some of you might already be aware of this problem, but it was new to me. In the original parts, I had moved the statement "(CW Quads)" down a couple of lines. In doing so, I had to (...) (25 years ago, 22-Jul-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: 8 millimeters or 5/16 inches? (was Re: Scales (Was: New Lego page!)

A whilo ago it struck me that the base unit of LEGO probably was defined in inches not in mm. 1/16 inch is far more an obvious unit than 1.6 mm. This is an interesting fact, because it reveals the British heritage of the LEGO brick. So while TLG (...) (25 years ago, 22-Jul-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.faq)

(...) There isn't a whole lot of RAM and clock cycles to deal with video on the 68HC11. (...) In fact I'm trying to do something similar. I already have the ccd-camera, but my problem is in the moment, that I don't know, how to control the RCX per PC. I thought the IR-transmitter would be to unstable, if you let the robot move around. (...) (25 years ago, 22-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  online personal set database

Hey there. I was wondering if anyone has considered the possibility of (or reason for) an online personal set database.   NQC emulator?

Hello, it seems that the LegOS people have an emulator so that one can test programs "virtually", i.e. on your PC rather than the real RCX. Is there something similar available on the NQC side?
