I also remember that the Monorail Transport base had a white one for the piece that had the gear in it, and you could turn a 2X2 cylinder piece to make it go up and down, plus the SP1 large ship had a black one in the front where the canopy can go (...) Thanks, Gary and every one else who replied. Looks like these fences have appeared in quite a few colours, though never in large quantities. I really doubt it, mostly because they don't ship outside of Canada for regular items, and as it stands now (similar to all S@H) you don't pay shipping. For them to ship to the States, shipping charges would need to be implemented, and I don't see (...) (26 years ago, 23-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)

Hi Simon, Yes, to all of your questions, tall fences also came/come in white, yellow, blue, black and of course red. I think the short fences also come in these colors as well. I have a Swiss Villa ((URL) has five (5) white pieces of lattice fence. I also have a whole bunch of red lattice fence from a supplement pack from the mid 70's. Haven't seen it in any other color. Just want add one perspective to the dumbing-down debate. To my preference, not all toys *should* appeal to *all* kids (let alone adults). Kids have different talents. This means some talented 7-year olds may be able to build the Technic Space (...) (26 years ago, 22-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)
