there weren't enough exclamation marks: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hearty congratulations extended to you, and many a green envy towards your
kids!!! ;-)

I had filled out my wishlist with the following sets:

9719 Mindstorms RIS
8480 TECHNIC Space Shuttle
4565 Freight and Crane Railway
6560 Diving Expedition Explorer
6977 Arachnoid Star Base

Whooee!! Building for days on end.. :)

Monday morning building update:

9719 Mindstorms RIS             --> only opened to get out RCX, and make
                                    it talk to another RCX.
8480 TECHNIC Space Shuttle      --> Built up to the battery-box step.
4565 Freight and Crane Railway  --> Built and dog-chewed :(
6560 Diving Expedition Explorer --> Not opened yet
6977 Arachnoid Star Base        --> Built

The dog and cat are really fascinated by the train cars making a slow circuit
around the minimal oval track. :)

Do you stop the train and back it up if one of them gets real close to it? I
love to do that, and watch the animal's response. It's like playing a tape of
your own voice back through your stereo and confusing your dog.

Haven't tried that.  For our god^H^H^Hdog, it's enough to just change
speeds.

Steve

(...) I think it's time to find a new home for the dog, or introduce him to Mr. Newspaper upside the butt REAL hard. Preferably the Sunday paper including sales inserts. (25 years ago, 23-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)
