The way the wishlist works is you go through the online catalog, and click a
button to add an item to your wishlist. There's no way to add anything which
isn't in the online catalog. However, you can add sets from any of the
regional catalogs. We did that for Kristin's wishlist -- she wanted Scala and
Belville.
