I meant LUGNET and the circle of lurkers around it, the AFOL community.
Which, perhaps it is not 99% (I admit to an exaggeration for the purpose of
making a point), but I believe from what I've seen in the LUGNET community,
its likely in the upper 90% range.
Perhaps not as much elsewhere, because of the complexity of the tools.
