Mel Gibson? He can carry that "tragic knight" character he's been typecast
into.
John Malkovich?

Nonononono, I'll enjoy watching him die too much. Plus, Segal is too slinky
(and a wimp :-) How about that guy from Home Improvement, with the beard?

Them, and all the Dwarven women. :-,

Woody Allen? How about Christopher Lloyd?

Eowyn had blonde hair, neh? But yes, she needs to be able to handle a sword
well. Someone athletic, then. Bridgette Neilsen, if she could lose about
twelve inches in height?
Ya know, Glenn Close would be to stocky for Galadriel; we'd need someone
really tall and skinny-but-not-anorexic looking. Perhaps Uma Thurman would
be better in this role.

Venus envy, Tom? :-D She was good in that flick.

Prohibition? No, the state of Utah acepts alcohol consumption; now we're
working on polygamy...
We've already had our Beer Olympics scandals. The local Olympic Committe
marketing put a couple sample bottles from local microbreweries into the
press kits. Nothing else -- just paper and beer. The news articles on this
were quite amusing.

We'd probably have to get someone "undiscovered" for this role. (...) Which movies (...) (25 years ago, 19-Jul-99, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)
