More involvement from the community does not mean making decisions by
committee. While I disagree with most of what Seth has said about
Matthew's performance, I do agree with one thing: there was very
little communication and collaboration and I think that some things
may have gone more smoothly had that been handled differently.
If the job is split up among several people who meet regularly it is
less work for any one person, and there is more of an ability to cope
with problems that could come up.
