  Licensing Update

For those following along, here's a link to previous discussion: (URL) carefully considering everyone's inputs and concerns we have decided to pursue an approach that uses only a user license as the licensing mechanism. However we still feel the (...) (20 years ago, 29-Jul-04, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

What's the name of the little brother of big 24x43 technic wheel? (25x??)

(URL) It's the ones that came with the 8879 (?) yellow technic tractor. I was just wondering if somebody could take a look at the tyre and tell me the radius (it's written on it), since the Little People has hidden my own versions, and I need the (...)   Re: (First post) enter position and rotation dialog

(...) Well I'd recommend doing it that way, as it is MUCH easier. The problem moving pieces at strange angles is that the default movement is in x, y or z direction - not in the direction that they are rotated. Remember also that you don't have to (...)   Re: (First post) enter position and rotation dialog

(...) I'm not sure what you're saying here, but I'll take a stab at it anyways. If you highlight a piece that you placed earlier in the list, before you started messing with angles, and then add your new piece there, it'll take it's rotational (...) (20 years ago, 28-Jul-04, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Re: (First post) enter position and rotation dialog

Thanks for the prompt reply. :) I am aware of the rotate buttons, and have been using them allot. I even reset the button for the axis I'm working with to step 1 instead of 15, to try and get it lined up. It's still not working. :) To give you an (...)   Re: cant compile ldglite in gentoo linux

(...) Ok, I'll try to fix that in CVS. Meanwhile, what does it print in the console window when it starts up? I like to track the opengl driver developments in the various linux distributions. (20 years ago, 28-Jul-04, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Problems accessing ldraw.org

It didn't work with 1.0.7 but the daily-CVS version worked! In the webbpage, the lines about the daily CVS should perhaps not be in the section "somewhat older stuff" ;-) It works fine with the l3 parser. But it does not show any thing if I do (...) (20 years ago, 28-Jul-04, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Request change to ptreleases.cgi

I like it. One other change you didn't mention is the addition of the BASE downloads. That's also very nice, because it allows an app to bootstrap itself completely, without requiring the user to first install LDraw. (Having said that, I'm not (...) (20 years ago, 27-Jul-04, to lugnet.cad.dev)
