Dave!'s right about POV-Ray, the results will be far superior to what you get
with BMP2DAT utilities.
If you really want LDraw files of your stickers, your options depend on what
format you used to create the stickers. And the style of the stickers.
Photo-realistic images and gradients cannot be (decently) reproduced in LDraw.
You can draw new LDraw 'patterns' with Quad2DAT. This is probably your best bet
for reasonable-quality LDraw files of your stickers.
If your stickers were created in a vector-format, you might be able to translate
their code into LDraw code. It depends on how far you can dig into it all.
