  Re: Discontinued Train Items??

(...) Personally I would doubt early 2001: Lego gets faster, but I suppose we have to wait till summer at least. The only better story (just kind of rumor) I have recently heared told we will get a none-4560-like new train in colour green. Sorry to (...) (24 years ago, 20-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Those three sets are not the whole line: there are still 4560/4561, 4541, 4556 and 4557. And discontinued sets make room for new sets. Lots of people where waiting for improved points (better geometry or remote controlled), after they got to (...) (24 years ago, 20-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains)

Ben, Thanks for giving me the whole picture! I recall your original posting in lugnet.trains about the points issue, so I figured the 1000steine forum message I found was part of the larger "points & crossings picture."   Re: Discontinued Train Items??

(...) As far as my knowledge of German tells me: the switching rails (4531) are not ("NICHT") discontinued. However, the 4533, 4557 and 4553 are displayed on the flyer. This flyer seems to contain discontinued items. "Auslaufartikel" is kind of like (...) (24 years ago, 20-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains)
