As far as my knowledge of German tells me: the switching rails (4531) are
not ("NICHT") discontinued. However, the 4533, 4557 and 4553 are displayed
on the flyer. This flyer seems to contain discontinued items.
"Auslaufartikel" is kind of like a roll-out article: get 'm while you can!
