I would agree, looking at the new technic, where are the big machinery type
sets of old, like the "claw rig" and "crane"? It just seems to be lots of
trendy styling with not a lot of functionality as with the old sets. These
new styling bits don't do a lot for me, and to get any decent parts out of
these sets is hard. A set with lots of functions, means that you will get a
lot of parts, that can be used to recreate these functions in your own
designs (and also in other sets)

I'm hard pressed to find any traditional Technic (...) (23 years ago, 18-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.dear-lego)
