As some of you may know, I have been working on a truck-like MOC for the
last several months. Anyway the model has become somewhat heavy at this
stage and I think that I will have to replace the normal shock absorbers
(small, light gray) currently used in the model with the more stiff yellow
type found in the 8458 Silver Champion. I only have four of these however,
and I would need eight or twelve to have it work properly. I don't want to
buy a second 8458 just for the shocks. If I remember correctly though, the
Dacta website used to carry a pack of these at some point for a fairly good
price. I just went there again and I could not find these anywhere; they
only had the standard light gray shocks. Does anyone know what happened to
these stiffer shocks or where else they can be obtained from?
