Because there is a financial interest in the BrickLink inventories, they tend to
get more interest from people who want them to accurately reflect what's in the
box. There some feature of BL inventories that I don't think are available on
Peeron, Alternates and Counterparts, that can help you verfy that your set
really is correct.
BrickLink also has a formal review and correction process. If you find an error,
you can submit an Inventory Request through the system there, no email required.
It will generate a Forum message which will then be marked Completed (or
Discarded) when the Inventory Admin has dealt with it.
Please include source info when you can- a sealed set is a more reliable source
than instructions, for example.
