Amazing.

Blazingly fast indeed... But I can't get it render complete images:
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Philo/Misc/lpub23/car_0_07_ci.png (LPub
2.3.0.6, LdGLite 1.1.6, Windows 2000).

Any hint?

I think it's probably because ldglite defaults to the 2/3 screen
offset used by LDRAW and ldlite, while l3p defaults to the center
of the screen.  You might be able to work around it (for now) by
providing an offset in the ldglite command line arguments.  If
lpub is rendering in an 800 by 600 window, you would use -o0,-100
to bump the center up 1/6th of screen height.  That should move
the origin to the center of the rendering window.

Hopefully we'll get it worked out so this step is no longer
necessary.

Hi,

I've released a fix for this problem.  It is available as 2_3_0_7.

Time for me to come in! First of all: being able to render with LDView and LDGLite is GREAT!!! However I have a problem: I cannot seem to be able to render in isometric view in LDView and no images are generated using LDGLite. Can you, Kevin, or (...) (19 years ago, 19-May-05, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Works fine now! (I have yet to find how to change layout page dimensions, but I guess I have to plunge deeper in documentation...) Thanks ;o) Philo (19 years ago, 19-May-05, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Bug report: (This happens in every version I've tried, by the way.) When you do the Generate->CSIs, PLIs and BOM, and then go do other things on your computer, LPub uses 100% CPU on the machine once it's finished, and has the progress panel (...) (19 years ago, 19-May-05, to lugnet.cad)

(...) It may be common to all recent releases, but I've found when rendering with ldview or ldglite (havent tested with pov-ray, but can't remember the problem) if the lpub\ldraw sub-directory doesn't already exist I get an error. If I create it (...) (19 years ago, 20-May-05, to lugnet.cad)
Minor Bug Re: LPub 2.3.0.7 available (ldGLite working and looks Marvelous)

I just noticed a minor bug. For reasons that I don't understand, my layout images are being generated at 800x600, even though I changed all the 800x600 dimensions in the config file to 1280x960. (That's not the bug; I assume I'm just missing (...) (19 years ago, 25-May-05, to lugnet.cad)
