I like the models, epecially the Sikorsky but the Eurotunnel loco should be a Bo-Bo-Bo, i.e. it should have three bogies see (URL) This would make and interesting challenge to build to cope with Lego curves Tim (21 years ago, 19-Jun-03, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

I haven't tried it, but it would seem that if you cut a 'normal' 9volt wire, split the end and strip a short section of wire -- you could pry up the metal part of a rail enough to slip the wire (...) Hej Niels, I only just began creating parts myself, but here's my thoughts. The origin between the studs sounds oki, that'd make snapping it to the grid much easier. However, after working for the RR and climbing up and down on this type of car for years I have to notice that I didn't see any handbrake wheels on it. (...) All the links worked for me when I previewed the post and also in the web interface to the lugnet.trains list. I believe that the spaces you are refering to might be the spaces between the <link label> pair, defined by FTX formating. Of course I am (...) (...) What did you expect? TLC pretty much ignores anything other than 6-wide, always has been (try running 8w on older 12v tracks for instance) :D Not that I'm an 8w devoted builder, more a flex-scaler (6,7 and 8w for now) (21 years ago, 10-Jun-03, to lugnet.trains)

well i'm still at it. and i'm please to say that I think that things are getting better and better. Still not photo realistic, but I think that certian parts (ei... the inverse wedges on the roof) will never render correctly until the part is more (...) Hi all! after my first pair of oldtimer trucks got highlighted, here is the next MOC of that theme: this time I rebuilt the legendary set 383 from 1973. But I did some modest modification to the up-to-date piece assortment of course... Again I tried (...) Mark, would it be possible to share the code of your DCC controller, I am the author of pbForth and would love to add the driver to the pbForth library. hey guys, the emails about the color libraries came all morning, and i'm glad to say that now I can use all the cool colors from (URL) well as the original colors from color.inc. I just converted my first engine to DCC yesterday and started playing with LDCC 1.01. LDCC is fantastic! Thank you, Mark! I installed an AD330 N-Scale decoder from Model Rectifier Corp according to the directions on Tom Cook's site. At 0.8 Amps this (...) (21 years ago, 9-Jun-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.trains)
