I'm a long time LEGO collector who tends to build the model from the instructions, display it for a few weeks or months, and then dismantle it, to be reassembled again in a few years. I noticed that some of the fraction cylinder primitives (1-8, 2-4, 3-4, 3-8) are missing a conditional line at one end. The 1-4 cylinder has type 5 lines at both ends. You can do this. Just add the word "Unofficial" somewhere in the description of the part. Then, rerun mklist.exe. Afterward, edit the file MLCad.grp in the MLCad directory. Would it be possible to add a category for Unofficial parts to the MLCad tree? That way unofficial parts could be dumped into a separate directory (sorry, "folder") and yet still show up in the list. I personally edited 3001.dat to be BFC compliant. I'd be interested if it's not done correctly. If you have a Parts libray as of at least this past spring, I would think you'd have the 3001.dat that I 'fixed'... Well I think it got approved around (...) I've notice a few parts on the Parts Tracker that are BFC certified, but some of their component primitives are not. Can justifiably I certify these parts? If I can, why? What if the part is BFC certified and then later on the primitive is BFC (...) (22 years ago, 22-Oct-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

I can't seem to do a minifig animation walking with MLCAD "ldraw" or ldraw then convet it to pov-ray with l3p but I did an animation long ago using another way it was with Anton Raves's LEGO POV-RAY lib but is with hard to do that way since all is (...) (22 years ago, 22-Oct-02, to lugnet.cad)
