I agree this should be done - I had completely overlooked the fact that
4-4con12.dat really is the same as 4-4con1.dat. Deleting parts isn't really
supported by te update mechanism, and I feel a little uneasy about creating a
real 4-4con12.dat ("0 Cone 1.0 Radius 12") if there is no current need for
it. Contrawise, I would not want to make this a "~Moved to 4-4con1.dat" file if
sometime in the future we do need a real 4-4con12.dat.
I have added corrected versions of 6029a.dat, 68.dat and 4499.dat to the Parts
Tracker - but made no attempt to locate or find other problems in these parts,
and not done any BFC certification changes.
