Re: The Toy Blox - Lego Superstore!

(...) Gah. That's unfortunate and slightly disturbing. The owner had originally said that they would be getting the official PaB set up 'in a couple months'. Hopefully in the new year it will resemble the more traditional PaB format and quality. (...) (21 years ago, 25-Nov-04, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) Just a follow-up on the Toy Blox in Whitby, Ontario... Dropped by there today (Nov. 25) and they're still setting up a few things. But their "Pick-A-Brick" section, as it currently exists, warrants some explanation: Right now their (...) (21 years ago, 25-Nov-04, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: ALC Orca Dropship

"We're in the pipe! Five by five!" Dude, I feel the badass spirit of the "Aliens" dropship all over this baby. Thick, sleek, and no-nonsense! I really like the minimal greebling and color scheme, it lets you focus more on the lines of the ship. Dave (21 years ago, 25-Nov-04, to lugnet.space)

  Rob, I just have one question . . .

Do I get a discount for ordering in bulk? Totally awesome stuff, man. I'm such a sucker for lights in stuff and I LOVE how you worked in the Classic Space console images on the display.   Re: Color change: Let's go straight to the CEO!

I have a suggestion for TLG: If they've realized that the colour change decision was a poor one (and they don't really want to admit it), they could reverse this decision without letting us know.
