I think it's just a regular skeleton head inside of an Insectoids
trans-antifreeze helmet.
But did you notice that the names of Radia and Cam are matched to the wrong
images?

| (...) Looking at the eyes, they don't look like the normal circle (I pulled out the old catalog(ue)s and compared).
