I'd work with the LDraw community to create LDraw parts for any new parts in the
NXT bill of materials.
I'd create a bunch of MOCs (probably a lot of walkers) limited to the NXT set,
and probably write a book of building instructions.
I'd create MOCs based on NXT combined with LEGO add-on sets (e.g. 8421 Technic
Crane LOL)
I'd join in the reverse engineering effort to find out all about the NXT address
space and the hardware behind it.
I'd join in on third party software environments like microC-OS with additions
for the NXT's motor/sensor/bluetooth/LCD capabilities.
I'd try to beat Steve in some Brickfest robotics competition.
