A while back at a rtlToronto dinner a bunch of us were looking through new catalogs when we came across the new Racers sets. I think many in the group had a similar thought but Iain was the first to vocalize it. Wouldn't it be cool to make a train (...) Lego is the best prototyping system... I can go from a pile of loose bricks and sub assemblies, and in just a matter of hours make a complete pile of ..... CRAP! Just like the subject says... My firefighting robot was a hunk of junk. Then I was able to fix the program with some tips Bruce gave me. The only problem I can see to the tape idea relates to the pushing of blocks, or other objects with sharp edges in other events down the road. Will the edges catch on the tape?
