Or you can do what I do.
Open a TD/Canada Trust account
Then open a TD/Waterhouse USA TRUE USD IN USA account
Connect PayPAl to Waterhouse account
Withdraw with NO FEES, get a super exchange rate moving money between
Waterhouse and CAnada Trust accounts.
