First, I'm not a Hillary fan.  But given the choice between Hillary and • Rudy,
I'm going for Hillary.  Because of the two evils, I'll take the one who is
playing money games over the one who plays police brutality/murder cover-up
games.

Which one's which again? I get confused so easily.

Police Brutality? Remember Waco. 'nuff said.
Murder Coverup? What ever did happen to Vince Foster, anyway? HRC was so busy
getting her hands on FBI files that we never did get a good explanantion.

And when you say money games, what do you mean by that, exactly? Are you
referring to campaign funding, or do you see imposition of national health
and destroying our ability to deliver health care as just a money game?

Thanks for the clarification.

Larry,

Forget the amusing diatribe,

Nothing amusing about Waco, or bombing a pharmaceutical plant in Sudan on the
day of impeachment, or vowing to save the Kosovars or any of the rest of it.
And not much amusing about destroying our health care delivery system either.

So no, I'd say I'd rather not forget it.

I'm much more interested in your opinion of Rudy
G.  Did you read any of the linked articles?

Yes. I read a number of them. I even followed some of the links from within
them to elsewhere.

Rudy's not a saint by a long stretch. Rudy's just another pol, he's got dirt on
his hands like they all do. I think the Daily News is frothing a bit, though.
An archive search for similar crud during the Dinkins administration might be
instructive.

But when forced to hold my nose (instead of voting LP which is what I would do
given the choice) and pick the best of a bad lot in a 2 candidate race, I'd
choose the liberal Republican who seems to have too much of a hard on about the
war on drugs and has a lot of shady connections and incompetent assistants over
That Girl.

She's just done too many bad bad bad things at the national level.

Did you read the articles *I* gave links to? I didn't see any substantive
responses from you yet on those, which is what you're tarring our poster child
for the Christian Right with, isn't it?

Larry, (...) Wel, I am honored, but I am hardly a poster child of the Christian RIght. I get into it too much with my pastor's wife for that! :) Scott S. P.S. Rudy did do some wrong things, from what I read (The juvenille record is pretty stupid), (...) (24 years ago, 23-Mar-00, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

(...) Larry, The only links you gave in the "Wench" discussion were for the "Nazi" law and the campus orientation. I read the Godwin? Law re: the longer the thread the probablity of Nazi/Hilter =1.
