Hmm, well I worked at the Coffee Beanery for two years, when I ws 16 to
18 years old:

A business based in Flushing, Michigan, where I grew up. I still love
it! And it is a lot better than Starbucks, IMO.

Anyway, I remember most people always complained of the coffee being too
cold, and we would have to warm it up. When this whole Mcdonalds lawsuit
came about, we had to post a sign saying, WARNING: Any hot product sold
here is extremely hot, use caution! If you noticed, all the lids of hot
products always said the same thing since then (CAUTION: Items are
extremely hot, etc.) Ludicrous, but this whole lawsuit was blown out of
proportion, and I think we need to examine the legalities of these kind
of issues.

I think it goes back to the common sense / legality issue. How far does
it go, and how much are "evil" corporations going to get sued for?
