And I thought Kalifornia's laws were socialistic and ridiculous!
Most states I've lived in, anything loose in the car is NOT covered. And I for one
agree with that statement, I wouldn't expect an insurance company to have to pay for
something you left laying around in plain sight, that they/you have no way to prove
was or was NOT in the car.
