My point which I believe Lar picked up on is this: you expressed laments
about continued support for the war. So, I asked, what should we do?
Leave? You responded by saying we shouldn’t have gone in the first place.

That’s all fine and well, but not very helpful. We are there. It is my
argument that it would be far worse a situation in Iraq if we left at this
time. Ethically and morally, we need to finish what we started.
