Mmmmm.
This green light in your mind that allows you to do awful things with dubious
grounds, and with scant care for human life. Not the green light of well
thought out, systematically supported, equitable and respected authorisation I
think, but the bright emerald green light of envy.
Iraq had the oil, and the US wanted it.
Even all the sanction busting and peripheral arrangements that US knew were in
place to siphon oil out of the country contrary to its own high principled
preaching was not enough. There had to be more.
This is kindergarten stuff. I want it so I should have it is not acceptable
when it is tried on by 4 year olds, and it sure as nuclear hellfire shouldnt be
the rule of international affairs.
