The best I can translate it (and it is proverbs, so it's a terrible
pain):
Fear of God first (or primary?) knowledge wisdom and morals fools
therein.
Hmm. The fools part throws me off - wish I had my own copy here, since
the online one doesn't have the "song marks" that work as punctuation.
Anyway, there you have it.
