Richard Branson and his firm, Virgin, are to launch a new space tourism venture,
in partnership with Paul Allen and Burt Rutan, using Scaled Composites/Mojave
Aerospace hardware/designs, with an investment about 100M USD.

200K USD per flight per passenger, including training, for a 2-3 hour total
duration 130KM suborbital flight. Richard projects 3000 passengers (or 600M USD
gross revenue) and says the profits from this will fund further development.

Note that per Scaled's website, their first Xprize flight attempt is/was slated
for this week. (unless something changed)
