Consider organizing a mixed group to do the same thing. Makes it less
of a date,
and more just guys hanging out, therefore less threatening to all
involved, and
less potential for disaster. If you and this girl hit it off, then you
can worry
about a more formal date. Just make sure it's not all freshman guys
(and that
the other guys know not to put the moves on).
