My valuation changes on a session to session basis. I've been playing
for almost 25 years (and I'm sure there's one or two people who can best
me on the years). The biggest thing that I identify as a preference is
not so much style of play, but that I vastly prefer to be the GM over
being a player. A lot of that is a desire for control, but I also enjoy
the challenge of reacting to all the players (as opposed to most games
where the players do far more reacting to the GM's challenges than other
players). I also tend to be a wall flower and just observe things, so I
enjoy watching the players role play (I think I've even had a session or
two where there was very little interaction between the players and
myself).
