Woah that is really weird. With shipping to Canada (and US as well) I made an
identical order to yours (well just the shopping cart), and I did not get any
discounts whatsoever.
However, when I change the shipping to UK, I got the usual discounts (5% for 5
bags, 10% for 10, and 15% for 15 bags). Another weird thing is that the maximum
number of light gray assorted brick packs I can order is 9.
So maybe there is a limit to the number of packs you can order WITH a discount?
That's NOT the case, since I was able to add 99 dark gray assorted brick packs
(and get 15% off everything)!
I think I will give S@H a call to see what's up...
