I think it comes down to how you use the trademark. Using it in the name of the game will not fly (because people could assume the game was a product of TLC). Mentioning in the game rules that TLC makes an excellent set of LEGO sets that can be used (...) (21 years ago, 9-May-03, to lugnet.gaming)

Two things: could you upgrade the Junk Ship's armor to medium and add a jump drive to it? Personnally, I'd rather that Earth didn't blow up. Well, I purposely started in 2050 that way maybe we dodged a couple of disagreements. And my Terran history pertains only to North America until Earth explodes. Mmm, good questions. I guess these would need to be answered eventually on the behalf of many people. Basically, Starship is a very free form game in which one sends ships to different adventures ('sectors'). The sector mediator, who 'controls' each (...) It was the specific reference to the fact that the LEGO(r) trademark (and presumably other toy brick trademarks) had not been used in the instructions of the game, so as to (...)
