Mmm, I think starting from the very beggining is a bit risky since some
people's version of what happened might differ from other's. For example,
many people's organisations would of evolved from an official Earth
goverment in stress, and there would be many different versions of the world
government fleeing or staying on Earth. The Outer Rim does not have that
problem, being a totally different type of sector, but many others might have.
IF we do such a thing, I think it may be satisfactory to work BACKWARDS, not
forwards, describing the galaxy today and maybe going back to the time of
late initial space exploration, so as to reduce conflicts.
What do you guys think about this?
