Haha that reminds me - the only 2004+ set I have is 4492 MINI Star Destroyer. It’s sitting here in the original plastic container, minus all the non-bley pieces. I’d be happy to send this back to TLC with a letter to help prove our point!

   I would add, why not put in some pics of various MOCS that have been displayed at shows, and on the WEB, that make use of extensive quantities of the old colors, to make the point that this kind of MOC will be more expensive for us to build now.

Well, the MOCs that use lots of the old colours are created by AFOLs that:

a) have been collecting for a long time, and/or

b) have spent large amounts of money acquiring old colour pieces on the secondary market - money that could have been spent directly at S@H or retail stores instead.
