Well, no. Not any user. Some users can't see at all, you know. Some users have
trouble typing shifted characters and therefore use all lower case or ALL CAPS
because they really don't have a choice. Those users are worth accomodating, I
feel.
The users that know the difference, aren't handicapped, and just can't be
bothered can go pound sand, of course.
