I have set 10185 Green Grocer, but it is opened. There is 8 packages with the #1 on them there is 5 packages with the #2 on them and 10 packages with the #3. I am not a Bricksmith user, so there may be issues I don't know, but 60481 is an official part included in library, so you don't have to download it individually (I suspect you didn't download it's subpart 60481s01.dat, or placed it in the wrong (...)
