What is the compatibility like compared to the standard 9v modifications

I'm not sure if I fully understand your question here, but I do have the
additional geometry available for use in track draw, meaning, I should be able
to convert it to BlueBrick (but I haven't played with it much).

Bluebrick supports full, half and quarter pieces of both the curved and
straight track elements.

If I use these elements in the design of my layout, and purchase the ME
components, will they marry up?  For instance a quarter track piece from
ME will equal a quarter track piece from a hack-saw mod?

Having said that, are the libraries for Track Draw available for download?

Does the future also include renditions of the switches are crossings?
I should be able to figure this out as well.

Once I figure out how to get it all in properly, I'll release it to RailBricks
for publication with the various tools.

Nice, I am looking forward to that.  As a side note, would you be
drawing inspiration from the current TLC track elements, or more from
real world, or even the likes of HO/O/G components to generate the huge
variety of geometries?

(...) Well, since the Me tracks are compatible with the standard Lego Track, you can just use the standard parts in BlueBrick. However, I guess soon or later a BlueBrick part contributor will create these Me track parts and add them in the BlueBrick (...) (13 years ago, 30-Apr-11, to lugnet.trains)
