RE: A Parental Perspective on Juniorisation and Being the Stronge st Brand

The catalogue was an Australian stop-gap catalogue [hence no official lego number, just a (C) lego message] to let parents and kids know there were more new sets on the way before the true second catalogue of the year is released. I've put a link to (...) (26 years ago, 14-Jul-00, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.au)

(...) Ah, good. Then I don't have to go to the game when all I want to see is the truck. :-) Do you know what time of day the truck will be up at Sawmill? That Sawmill TRU seems to be much better stocked than any of the other TRUs in town. I work (...) (26 years ago, 14-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.us.oh.col)

Greenburg Show Dec 2nd & 3rd in Wilmington MA

I have wanted to talk about this at a more detailed level for a while now but until our next meeting or the BBQ, whichever comes first, I thought I would give everyone something to think about. Error 404- File not Found! The text you gave me is really strangely worded, sonds like they are really trying to make it clear that this stuff is for boys. What is stop-gap, and is it an official catalogue or not? (...) (26 years ago, 14-Jul-00, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.au)

Re: My beautiful methods of storage

(...) As I break down sets, usually the minifigs get sorted as torso+arms+head and legs+hips. I only remove arms from torsos, and legs from hips when I am in the process of customizing. When I wash LEGO, the heads come off also. Sometimes when (...) (26 years ago, 14-Jul-00, to lugnet.storage)

  Ice Maonster???

In the Ultimate Lego Book it has a picture of a set they never made. It had a white rock monster & rock raiders chief. It was just an old, unused version of the granite grinder, but they recently made chief, so who knows, Ice Monster may be next? (...) (26 years ago, 14-Jul-00, to lugnet.underground)

(...) That would work, and it has been done, but not for an A-10 Warthog. The model it was done on is Thad Jantzi's F-16 Fighting Falcon.   What are the rarest Town sets?
