Got another letter from GATS today. We are confirmed for the show on October 18 and 19. We are getting three tables, 10 passes, and a 40x40 space. Couple things: 1) Got confirmation back from GATS that we are on hold for the show. That means that as soon as they finalize the floor plan, we'll get confirmed. Leah, I've been thinking about amusement rides for castleland. I'm working on a carousel. It's 48 x 48 studs and powered by a Microscout. Mark, The Spybots are very useful as long as you treat them like Spybots--interactive, mission-oriented robots. They are less useful for general robotics. WHOA!!! I went to the Lafayette TRU today and found more clearance than I've ever seen there. There were over 100 of those clearance tags in the LEGO aisle. It looks like all the pieces are in place for L-guage DCC! I do think DCC the way we need to go, even though is will cost $50 minimum per train motor.
