ok all, i've nearly finished the site, all but the GATS and DCC pages under
the projects section.  The following are issues that i need addressed to
better the site.

1: MOCS. most of these i have stolen from your brickshelf pages. if there is
something you would like to have put on there, e-mail me and it will be
done. if you would like to add commentary or want something removed, let me
know. the MOCS section is primarily for non-train stuff since the gats
section will cover all of this (including castle and space stuff put into
the layout)

2: if you would like your name to be removed from the official roster, let
me know, otherwise, i consider you all members. (by the way steve mcd., what
is your friend andrew's last name? i would like to add him to the roster if
he doesn't mind)

3: should i make pictures of our october GATS constructions publicly
available now? i had an idea that i would do a work in progress type page
for it, but i don't know if i want everyone to see until the final
unveilling.

4: Brian A, the page you created for the project list, should i just link to
this or would you rather send me the code and all needed thumbs and i just
create a page with the look and feel of the rest around what you have
already done (this will be in the GATS section once i finish it.)

5: weekly picture on the main page will be changed weekly (ok, so that was
redundant). i would like to put pictures of stuff you are working on now and
currently, instead of past projects. e-mail all applicants for this space to
me. the page will hopefully be updated twice a week if not more, i would
like to repost any relevant posts from the newsgroup directly on the main
page, so more disscusions please!
i also need pictures and updates for the dcc project that we have
undertaken. any body take pics? Brian, did you take pics of the job you did
at home?

6: any other criticisms that you would like to throw out, good and bad.
trust me, i need this, this is what i am getting a degree in, so if it's
garbage, let me know!!

that's about it.

(...) Host it on indylug.org. The source is in FTX, so you are probably just as well off to save the HTML source off the Web. All the thumbs are just linked in. I'll be happy to maintain it from there, just let me know where and how. (...) Too (...) (21 years ago, 30-Jun-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)

(...) I like it. The calendar is especially nifty. I hesitate to say it, because I can't think of a sure alternative and it's not real important, but I have a little trouble with the dull amber in the palette. I like the blues and blue-greens, and (...) (21 years ago, 30-Jun-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)

(...) Just noticed that the most recent orgs.us.indylug messages were echoed on the front page. I presume those are dates above the messages? Why are they 1.30.2003 (for example) instead of 6.30.2003? It would be helpful if the subject lines were (...) (21 years ago, 30-Jun-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)

[snipped] Good job! I'm impressed with the layout, MUCH better than the last one :) Can you please add my personal site www.eofx.com to the list, please ;) I'd send you an email, but this is faster. I have a bricklink shop, but it's closed, so no (...) (21 years ago, 30-Jun-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)

Looks like it's coming along very well. The format is very user friendly. Hopeflly indylug.org will be able to handle all of the traffic it gets in late October when everyone is trying to see our prize winning layout. (21 years ago, 1-Jul-03, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)
