Some thoughts: -on location: would it be cheaper to host in in a suburb or smaller city outside of Toronto? ie Mississauga, Oakville, or the other way, Oshawa, ? (...) Well, there are two things you can try: 1) Reduce the size of your images - 800 x 600 is usually fine, and yields images in the 100k range rather than f.i. 1600x1200 in the 450k range.
