Some thoughts: -on location: would it be cheaper to host in in a suburb or smaller city outside of Toronto? ie Mississauga, Oakville, or the other way, Oshawa, ? Perhaps even up in North York at York University.. -hotels: Niagara Falls is full of them, but then we'd have to have it here.. -cost: i think the admission price only matters to very casual lego enthusiasts. All the LUG members will come no matter what, (IMO) so only LUG members' girlfriends, boyfriends, friends, and neighbours might worry about the admission price. -what to do: I would prepare a large medieval diorama/city for show, as well as participating in Brickwars. -- Eric DeGiuli http://members.home.net/edegiuli/
