Nope. It's only the client's decision if they have that much sway over you.

But even if they don't have that much sway over you, and you choose to say
"no", they may well choose to say "forget the deal" and you have no decision to
make anyway (except what to put in the negative feedback comments). So they
still have (at least a little) say.
