Hello everyone... I have put a couple of simple renders of a small medieval house that I built a few weeks ago. It is the front half of a two story wattle and daub, timbered type structure (I can't remember what the type of building is really called (...) (23 years ago, 8-Dec-01, to lugnet.castle)

Chris, Really like this one a lot. Lots of great details. Love the crenellations on the roof, I've never seen that design before, and it really looks great. Great work Chris! I like the way you've made it look very solid and almost castle-like but also clearly from the architecture, this is someone's home as opposed to a military fortess. Here is my new MOC - a lighthouse that will be connected to the castle town of Blut'Ader. I wanted to create something small that wouldn't steal the thunder away from the city, yet fairly realistic. I dunno if it is quite as huge as some of the others castles out there (about 80 by 100 pegs), but I have a pretty big castle that I built over the summer right after Brickfest, and which I intend to improve when I get home over Xmas. Nice Pawel, the pics remind me of the sheer size and bulk of your walls. Have you thought of creating machicolations (the hold to drop stuff on people at the base of the walls) in your battlements, since they stick out from the edge of the wall? (...) (23 years ago, 10-Dec-01, to lugnet.castle)

Hello, Maybe a misunderstanding in the rules for the ISCC causes less entries. There is the sentence: "Do not send in contributions that are already known, as we want original works." It only means, that the entries need to were unknown or were not (...)
